* The first 100 paid registrants will be entitled to complimentary admission to the Gala Dinner; please note that Gala Dinner registration is limited and is on a first-come-first-served basis |

Important Notes:
Payment methods
All payments are to be made in: Hong Kong Dollars by local cheque payable to "Global Event Management", or Hong Kong or United States Dollars by bank draft payable to "Global Event Management". Online payment via credit card is available for online registration only.
Official Receipt
An Official Receipt will be sent to participants upon receipt of the registration form and full payment. Please present the Official Receipt at the registration desk to obtain your Participant’s Package.
Cancellation of Registration
Provided written notification of cancellation is received on or before 22 October 2009, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellation requests received after 22 October 2009. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of the Conference.
Letter of Invitation
The Organising Committee will send a Letter of Invitation upon request. The Letter of Invitation is intended to facilitate participants’ leave application and travel and visa arrangements, and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.
Liability
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Conference Organiser will not be responsible for loss of monies incurred due to delay. Participants should make their own arrangements for personal and travel insurance.

While every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the Conference mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make last-minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.
